Key responsibilities
- Promote industrial coating and electroplating services to B2B customers
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and relationship management
- Work closely with internal production and technical teams
- Support company sales growth and customer retention initiatives
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 2 – 4 years experience in industrial or manufacturing sales
- Experience in engineering products, coatings, plating, or industrial solutions is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with technical products and factory customers
- Able to work independently and travel when required
- Possess own transport
