Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts
• Proactively pursue targets and meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
• Establish and develop relationships with potential and existing clients
• Develop strategies tailored to clients that will expand business opportunities
• Work with team members to identify and manage risks and to ensure the maximum client satisfaction levels
• Experience working on Freelancer, Upwork, and other freelancing platforms to acquire new business opportunities.
• Lead generation through LinkedIn and other platforms, with a track record of consistently generating business for the last 3 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role (1-2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
• Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within less time frame.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
