Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities-

Contact prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.

• Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable learning programmes

.- Explain courses, teaching methods, platform features, and fee options.

• Schedule counselling appointments and demo classes with the academic team.

• Follow up consistently with enquiries and demo attendees to secure enrolments

• Achieve assigned sales, enrolment, and revenue targets

• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.

• Generate new business through referrals, outreach, and partnerships.

• Coordinate with academic and support teams for smooth student onboarding.

• Submit sales updates and share parent feedback to improve services.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development; a degree in any discipline.

• Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi, with confidence communicating in all three languages.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Confidence in outbound calling, parent counselling, and handling objections.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain timely follow-ups.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

• EdTech, education sales, or admissions counselling experience is preferred.
