About Job Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team and help grow MedManthra, our ERP & billing software solution designed specifically for pharmacies and pharmaceutical businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through telecalling and lead generation.

• Connect with pharmacies and introduce MedManthra ERP.

• Understand customer requirements and explain the software and its benefits.

• Schedule product demos and follow up with interested customers.

• Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and build good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or software sales is an advantage.
