What they need
- Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and developing relationships with multinational manufacturers and industrial customers through customer visits, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and strategic market engagement.
- Understand customer packaging requirements, operational challenges, and upcoming projects to uncover opportunities and propose tailored packaging solutions that meet technical and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including R&D, engineering, costing, and operations to develop proposals, quotations, samples, and value-added solutions that support customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity development through RFQ management, quotation follow-up, testing, project execution, and successful conversion into sales revenue.
- Strengthen and expand assigned accounts by maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new projects and cross-selling opportunities.
