Business Development Executive

About the role

CHUANG JIE SDN. BHD. is an authorized distributor of Bambu Lab, specializing in the wholesale distribution of high-performance 3D printers and related products. This is a full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor, we are committed to delivering innovative 3D printing solutions to businesses, educational institutions, and industry professionals across Malaysia.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities whilst building strong relationships with clients. This is a key position that directly impacts our revenue generation and market expansion objectives.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable 3D printing solutions.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
6. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
7. Work closely with the management team to execute sales and marketing strategies.

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management is an advantage.
2. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
3. Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking management.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
6. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
7. Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an advantage.
