well-connected freelance BD partner in the UAE to help us expand recruitment and manpower services. We have access to qualified candidates from various countries.Now we're building long-term relationships with UAE employers who have ongoing manpower needs. Your main responsibility is to identify and develop new employer accounts, focusing on companies with real manpower demands. Like logistics, construction, hospitality, security, manufacturing, and similar sectors. Requirements. Proven business development or sales experience in the UAE. Existing relationships with UAE companies is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation and self-motivation. Compensation. Performance-based commission, incentives for qualified employer meetings and attractive commission for converted recruitment business. How to apply?
