*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a motivated *Business Development Executive (BDE)* to generate leads, connect with potential clients, promote website & SEO services, and achieve sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking & online platforms
• Identify businesses requiring website, SEO, redesign & maintenance services
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
• Follow up with prospects and handle negotiations & objections
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with Design, Development & SEO teams for smooth project handover
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business/referrals
• Upsell additional services such as SEO, AMC, content & website redesign
• Keep track of market trends and competitor offerings

*Required Skills:*

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of Website Design, Development & SEO
• Prior experience in IT Services / Digital Agency Sales is preferred
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects
