About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in business development, client engagement, financial planning and personal growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients
• Identify new business and market development opportunities
• Participate in seminars, workshops and client engagement activities
• Understand clients’ needs and introduce suitable financial planning solutions
• Conduct simple market research and explore new markets
• Participate in team meetings, training and mentoring sessions
• Develop communication, presentation and business development skills
• Work closely with mentors and team members to achieve personal and team goals

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Diploma / Degree holders are welcome
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• No prior experience in financial planning is required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Comfortable communicating with different people
• Interested in building a long-term career in business development and financial services

Income & Career Development

Our current reference income range is:

RM4,000 – RM6,000+ / month

Actual income may vary depending on qualification, previous experience, individual performance and career development.

For Diploma / Degree holders, the basic salary structure starts from RM4,000, while SPM holders may start from approximately RM3,000 – RM4,000, depending on previous work experience and assessment.

Performance-based incentives and additional income opportunities may apply.
