Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and online platforms (LinkedIn, email, marketplaces where applicable)
• Pitch The Alifa's services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development, GMB Optimization, etc.) to prospective local and international clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitch decks, and service quotations tailored to client needs
• Conduct discovery calls/meetings to understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals in line with company targets
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in spreadsheets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for upselling and retention
• Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Dev, Design) to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and accurately scoped
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices
• Represent The Alifa at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets

Pay: From Rs15,000.00 per month
