Job Description

1. Drive sales activities — enquiries, sales calls, site visits, and cold calling — to generate new business leads
2. Consult with prospects and pursue opportunities through to close
3. Brainstorm and tailor proposals to match each client's specific requirements
4. Follow through on approved concepts and proposals, turning them into reality
5. Source and manage venues, vendors, entertainment, and all other event requirements
6. Ensure smooth execution throughout every event
7. Work closely with the wider team to deliver each event successfully
8. Act as the key liaison between clients, event managers, designers, and third-party vendors in the lead-up to each event
9. Manage on-site event set-up and production, ensuring high-quality delivery
10. Take on other ad-hoc duties as needed
