Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and deliver/present compelling business proposals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND is required for this role.
- 1-3 years of business development experience in the real estate sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM tools
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Strategic thinker
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
