Business Development Executive

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided leads database.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding property listings.
• Explain property features, pricing, and availability to prospective buyers or tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Provide updates on promotional campaigns and new project launches.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Post a minimum of 3 videos per week on social media in collaboration with the company’s official social media pages.
