Z Plus Limousine is hiring a Business Development Executive to win new corporate clients for chauffeur services, airport transfers, event transportation and executive travel. This is a field sales role requiring regular client visits across Dubai and the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Find and approach companies, hotels, travel agencies and event organisers.
• Meet decision-makers, understand their transport needs and present suitable services.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate rates and convert leads into active accounts.
• Manage follow-ups, maintain a sales pipeline and achieve agreed revenue targets.
• Coordinate with operations and accounts to onboard clients and support existing accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in UAE B2B sales, outdoor sales or corporate account acquisition.
• Confidence in generating leads independently and closing deals.
• Strong English communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prepare proposals and maintain accurate sales records.
• Arabic is must
• UAE driving licence and existing corporate or hospitality contacts are advantages.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
