Business Development Executive

About the role

PT. Physiogym Bemore Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our sales team. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta, where you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities that drive our company's growth and expansion. As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and translating those into profitable business solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the physiotherapy and health services sector to expand our market presence

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including corporate partners, healthcare facilities, and individual customers

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of our services and products

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities

• Negotiate and close commercial agreements and contracts with prospective clients

• Track, monitor, and report on sales pipeline, key metrics, and business development activities

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in new business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare, fitness, or wellness industry

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and business objectives

• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically

• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend business development activities
