Key Responsibilities

• Source new business through Branch & Open Market channels.
• Interact with customers and explain banking products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, branches, and branch managers.
• Handle end-to-end customer documentation and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in customer engagement activities, events, and campaigns to support business growth.
• Maintain and regularly update leads, lead tracking, and business performance reports.
• Follow prescribed banking guidelines, compliance requirements, and established processes.
• Achieve assigned business and sales targets.
