Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
• Identify and connect with potential domestic/international clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services/software development.
• Good research and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Any Bachelor s Degree / MBA (Sales Marketing preferred)
