Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive platform engagement.
  • Explain Acrapaths subscription plans and convert interested candidates into paid members.
  • Follow up with registered users, incomplete profiles, and potential subscribers to improve conversions.
  • Occasionally support B2B employer outreach and follow-ups when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 03 years of experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Counselling, or Customer Engagement.
  • Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable handling calls and working with daily/monthly sales targets.
  • Experience in subscription sales, EdTech, JobTech, recruitment, or similar B2C businesses is preferred.
