Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

·         Assist the sales team with beverage demonstrations, tastings, and product presentations.

·         Support new product development through research, sample testing, recipe development, and product improvement.

·         Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to evaluate new samples and provide feedback.

·         Support the planning and launch of new product series, including recipes, product information, training, and launch demonstrations.

·         Record recipes, preparation methods, and taste feedback. Suggest the best recipe for new products to sales team.

·         Train customers and colleagues on product applications and beverage preparation.

·         Prepare ingredients, equipment, and materials for demonstrations and events.

Requirements

·         Experience in beverage preparation, product development, café operations, or barista work is preferred.

·         Creative and interested in developing new beverage products and recipes.

·         Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

·         Organised, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate product trials and launch activities.

·         Willing to travel for customer demonstrations and events.
