Business Development Executive

1. Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential products, customers, and market trends.
4. Develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial and related sectors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding market dynamics.
• Experience in general trading, Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial or MEP-related products is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and business development processes.
• Ability to identify new customers and generate leads independently.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel and preferably CRM systems.
• UAE market experience and an existing business network would be an advantage.
