Business Development Executive

About the role

This role involves identifying and building partnerships with brands, principals, distributors, sellers, or SMEs requiring affiliate, content, live streaming, and e-commerce operation services. The position suits active, communicative, target-oriented individuals with extensive brand network connections.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source potential brand leads for online partnership opportunities
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, communities, and personal networks
• Present and pitch affiliate, content, live streaming, and e-commerce operation services
• Negotiate scope of work, pricing, contracts, and partnership schemes
• Maintain relationships with existing brands and identify upsell opportunities
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure partnerships run smoothly
• Prepare pipeline, target, and closing reports on a regular basis
• Produce reporting in English, both written and presentation formats
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new brand opportunities

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Affiliate, Live streaming, or Content preferred
• English language proficiency for reporting (minimum written; verbal is a plus)
• Understanding of online ecosystem: TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Instagram, affiliate, live streaming
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented, independent, disciplined, and able to work remotely
• Possess laptop/mobile device and stable internet connection
• Existing brand resources or network ready for online collaboration is a plus
