Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and referrals
• Research target markets and competitors
• Qualify leads and understand client requirements
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and quotations
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms and close deals
• Maintain leads, meetings and deals in the CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term client relationships and coordinate with the delivery team
• Report on pipeline and conversions regularly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business development or inside sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Comfortable working toward targets
• Working knowledge of MS Office and a CRM

Preferred to have

• Experience in B2B sales
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead-generation tools
• MBA

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
