Business Development Executive

Avore Services is a facilities management company serving clients across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman. We run cleaning, maintenance and recurring home and commercial services through a network of 30+ partner companies.

What you'll actually do

• Cold call and message UAE prospects, both households and businesses

• Reach out to decision-makers on LinkedIn, including property managers, facility heads and office admins, and turn conversations into meetings

• Work cold and old leads that others have given up on

• Pitch our services, send quotes and follow up until the deal closes or is clearly dead

• Handle price objections without giving away discounts

• Keep every lead updated in our system and report daily numbers

• Manage inbound sales campaigns

What we're looking for

• 6–12 months of experience in sales, BD or a call center

• Genuinely comfortable with cold calling. If you hate it, this isn't for you

• Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach, with experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a plus

• Good spoken English. Arabic is a bonus

• Organized, persistent and not scared of hearing no

Work setup

• Office-based in Lahore, 5 days in office and 1 day work from home

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PKT

• Sunday off
