What You'll Do

• Connect with business owners and introduce them to Black Directory's business growth opportunities.
• Conduct company-provided appointments and book your own qualified appointments.
• Convert prospective clients into long-term business relationships.
• Maintain client relationships to support renewals and residual earnings.
• Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently and achieve performance goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience required. (Not including retail sales.)
• Strong prospecting, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence when speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently.
• A competitive mindset and commitment to achieving results.
• A desire to build a long-term career and grow professionally within the company.
