Business Development Executive

Business Development & Sales & Marketing Executive – Garage

We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Sales & Marketing Executive to join our garage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, promoting garage services, developing customer relationships, and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for garage services.
• Identify and approach potential customers, companies, fleet owners, and transport companies.
• Promote vehicle repair, maintenance, servicing, and other garage services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client visits and follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase business.
• Promote garage services through appropriate marketing channels and social media.
• Follow up with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of UAE experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Garage/Automotive Services.
• Experience in the automotive, garage, transport, fleet, or vehicle rental industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and customer network.
• Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
• Good English and Urdu communication skills.
