Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities

* Develop relationships with ENT doctors, hospitals, clinics and medical professionals

* Generate new hearing-aid enquiries and appointments

* Coordinate hearing-test camps and promotional activities

* Develop referral networks in assigned areas

* Follow up with enquiries and convert them into appointments/sales

* Identify new business opportunities and potential locations

* Maintain daily visit reports and follow-up records

* Coordinate with branch audiologists and management

* Monitor competitor activities and local market opportunities

* Support new-branch launch and local marketing activities

Preferred profile

* 1–3 years’ experience in medical sales / healthcare / hearing-aid industry / pharma / diagnostics

* Good communication and relationship-building skills

* Malayalam + English; Hindi/other languages are an advantage

* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

* Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred

Performance can be measured by

1. New professional/doctor connections

2. Referral enquiries

3. Hearing-test appointments

4. New customer conversions

5. Camp leads and conversions

6. Follow-up completion

7. Monthly business generated

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
