Business Development Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new leads opportunities.
• Acquire, onboard, and activate new partners.
• Manage and grow existing partner relationships.
• Drive sales, transaction, and revenue growth.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage commercial documentation and follow-ups.

 
Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 with 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Key Account, or related roles.
• Experience in Modern Retail, FMCG, Telco Distribution, Mobile Top-Up/PPOB Aggregator, or Digital Fintech is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Good understanding of commercial calculations.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently prepare business decks and present to partner management.
• High attention to detail with strong ownership
• Based in Jabodetabek, willing to conduct store/DC visits, and responsive outside working hours when required.
