Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Department: Business Development
Location: Chh. Sambhaji Nagar & Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track business opportunities through Government Tenders.
• Manage end-to-end tendering process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
• Handle quotation preparation and submission as per client requirements.
• Work on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal, including bid participation, catalogue management, and order processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain records of tenders, bids, quotations, and customer interactions.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with tender requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration or Electronic Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Tendering, or Sales Support.
• Strong knowledge of Tender Processes, RFQs, RFPs, and Quotation Preparation.
• Hands-on experience working on the GeM Portal.
• Good understanding of government procurement procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
