Role & responsibilities
- To do Market Research
- To understand the Market
- New Product bring into the Company Basket
- Tie up or Build relationship with another company
- Share technology, presentation, PPT making
- Communication - understanding the companies principal and customers
- To Book Sales Order, To prepare Invoices, E- Invoices & E- way bill as per SOP
- To follow up with Customer for pending quotations, order execution formalities, pending payment, delivering high standards of service
- To maintain Engineers, visit data reports
- To follow up and build relationship with clients (Internal and External) for smooth execution formalities, pending payment, delivering high standards of service
- To ensure all timelines are maintained and any gaps, shall be escalated.
- To generate MIS
- Taking feedback
