Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Shift: US Shift 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Cab Facility: One-way pickup/drop available

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and introduce suitable products/services.
• Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/client information.

Requirements:

• Freshers to 8 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, International Sales, or Lead Generation can apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in the US shift.
• Graduates from any stream can apply.

Important:

• Candidates with less than 4 years of experience: 2.6-year service bond applicable.
• Candidates with 4+ years of experience: No bond.
