We’re looking for motivated and energetic Business Development Executives to join our dynamic Sales Team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and engage with new customers
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
• Present and sell financial products and services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in financial products and services, particularly in:

Business Loans
POS Loans
Business Banking
Trade & Working Capital Facilities
Mortgage – Commercial & Residential
SME Finance
Real Estate Finance

• Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
