Business Development Executive

• Generate new business leads through direct marketing, client visits, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
• Identify and approach contractors, builders, consultants, architects, developers, facility management companies, and property owners.
• Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/project team.
• Promote company services including laser screeding, ride-on trowel finishing, epoxy flooring, floor coatings, waterproofing, and related solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate with clients within the company's approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in construction, flooring, coatings, waterproofing, building materials, or related industries.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
