Business Development Executive

Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications to generate leads and follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Identify decision-makers, assess client requirements, establish urgency, and determine service fit.
• Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales management and maintain accurate records of prospects, pipeline stages, and activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal service teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and support the onboarding process.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners to build a long-term network.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telesales, Customer Service, or Business Coordination.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills, with confidence in professional client conversations and objection handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email etiquette, internet research, and CRM software.
• Candidates with exposure to the UAE market, Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Corporate Services, or Company Formation will be given strong preference.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
