Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
• Attend cab booking enquiries and assist customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for booking confirmation.
• Maintain customer and booking records.
• Resolve customer queries professionally.
• Achieve calling and booking targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Telecalling, B2C Sales, Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and lead conversion ability.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
