Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Ientify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and other online channels
• Research potential clients and industries to create targeted lead lists
• Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other communication tools
• Handle bidding processes on freelancing platforms and write effective proposals
• Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and matching them with company services
• Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and senior sales/team leads
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems regularly.

Key Skills Required

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Business Development (IT Industry preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in lead generation and online bidding
• Knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru)
• Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
