Business Development Executive

We are working with a conglomerate client and they are looking for a Business Development Executive to join the team. This will be a B2B Business Solutions sales role where you are expected to make cold calls/visits. Candidates with a hunter mindset and who are looking for a high-growth role in a stable team may be interested in applying.

Role:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing corporate accounts

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

• Understand customers’ business requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for clients

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction

• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related discipline

• Prior B2B sales or account management experience

• Experience in technology, IT solutions, office solutions or related industries

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable developing new business

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
