Business Development Executive

This is a sales role focused on winning new business and growing direct client partnerships in Home Health and Hospice.

In this position, you will:

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
• Drive new business through a minimum of 325 Outbound calls per week—proactively reach decision-makers, create opportunities and consistently meet call targets.
• Make consistent outbound calls and connect with decision makers
• Uncover staffing needs, overcome objections and ask for the business
• Secure client agreements and qualified Nursing and Therapy job orders
• Partner with recruiters to turn opportunities into placements
• Follow up relentlessly and keep opportunities moving
• Track activity, pipeline progress and results
• Learn, adjust and improve every week

Success means bringing in business that produces placements and revenue.

What We’re Looking For

We are interested in candidates who check most of these boxes:

• 1+ year of B2B sales or healthcare staffing business development experience, with demonstrated success winning new business
• Highly motivated, competitive and self-driven
• Confident prospecting, handling objections and closing
• Strong phone presence—willing to pick up the phone and have meaningful conversations, every day
• Comfortable being held accountable to activity and results
• Organized, disciplined and consistent with follow-through
• Coachable and resilient when hearing “no”
• Positive, solution-focused attitude
• Team player who still wants to be a top producer

Home Health and Hospice experience is a plus. Drive, sales ability and follow-ups are essential.
