Business Development Executive

About the role

AgentDee is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in digital marketing and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Present AgentDee's digital marketing, MarTech, and AI solutions to prospective clients
• Work closely with Strategy and Performance Marketing teams to develop proposals and pitch to clients
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, and achieve sales targets

About you

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in a digital agency
• Good understanding of digital marketing, advertising, or MarTech solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with sales targets
• Ability to identify client needs and turn opportunities into business deals
