We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive

Location: Sevasi, Vadodara

Experience: 2–3 Years

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, build partnerships, and lead field marketing activities for our digital product.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new business partners, affiliates, schools, and institutional partners.
• Conduct field visits, meetings, and business presentations.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Manage and guide a team of marketing interns.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive conversions.
• Coordinate with the management team and maintain regular sales reports.
• Develop strategies to improve partner activation and revenue generation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, field sales, or partner acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
• Ability to manage a team, follow up consistently, and achieve targets.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
