Business Development Executive

You will run Recommend.my's in-house aircon servicing team day to day. The team starts with one technician and may grow to two or more, depending on how much demand we win. You make sure jobs are scheduled and quality stays high. You will also assist in any other growth related tasks like our credit package sale, etc.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train and manage our in-house aircon technicians.
• Grow repeat and direct bookings
• Monitor job quality, customer ratings and rework, and resolve complaints
• Keep the monthly tracker up to date, covering jobs, price per job, utilisation, rating, rework, own-channel jobs and profit
• Build and maintain the sales KPI dashboard
• Collect feedback from Service Professionals and turn it into clear recommendations on package design or new business models

Requirements

• At least 3 years in field service, operations, sales support or marketplace operations. Home services experience is a plus
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic numbers
• Clear written and spoken communication
• Good at scheduling and solving problems under pressure
• Based in the Klang Valley
