Business Development Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager / Executive part time, freelancers or fulltime candidates to expand our client base, sign new corporate accounts, and drive revenue growth for our recruitment and staffing services. You will bridge the gap between prospective corporate clients and our internal talent acquisition teams.

]Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and pitch to new corporate clients, HR leaders, and hiring managers to secure new permanent, contract, or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) mandates. [1, 2]
• Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking events.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry hiring trends, competitor pricing, and local or global labor market shifts to adjust our service offerings.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Experience: 2 to 5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within a staffing agency, HR consulting firm, or B2B service sector.
