Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and expand our recruitment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating new business opportunities, establishing long-term relationships, and securing recruitment mandates across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for permanent hiring, executive search, and staffing services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, references, and market research.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and business stakeholders.
• Present the company's recruitment solutions and value proposition to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of mandates.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands across industries.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems
