Business Development Executive – US Market

What You'll Do

• Generate and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across the North America market.
• Drive outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and account-based outreach.
• Engage with enterprise customers and SAP stakeholders.
• Work closely with SAP ecosystem partners to drive co-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to convert campaigns into sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene and pipeline management discipline.

What We're Looking For

• 4-6 years of Inside Sales / Business Development experience in IT Services or Technology Sales.
• Proven experience selling to the US/North America market.
• Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline creation.
• Exposure to Enterprise/GCC customers.
• Knowledge of SAP ecosystem, AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, or Supply Chain solutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA preferred.
