We manufacture a vast range of lubricants and greases and supply a unique range of paints, cleaning and many other products to a wide range of customers. Specialising in agriculture, construction, off-road, haulage, automotive, and horticultural industries, we also supply many other markets such as green energy, engineering, country estates, motorsport, marine, and manufacturing businesses.

About the role:

We are now looking for an enthusiastic, professional Business Development Executive to join our successful sales team. Based from home, you will be responsible for growing our customer base in South Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire and will support existing customers, build new relationships, and drive new business in your area. This is an exciting opportunity for a successful, sales-driven, self-motivated candidate who cares about customers, supplies quality products and is proud of our business reputation.

Your role is to help and advise customers on the right products for the right applications. You will help rationalise their lubricant use with the high-quality products we manufacture and supply. You will also offer a wide range of paints and coatings, cleaning products, rust prevention, and other useful workshop products to customers across different sectors and industries in your region.

Putting customers' needs first, advising on the correct products, and caring about their business requirements is of the utmost importance to us.

About you:

We require someone with a head for business and a desire for success, along with excellent organisation and people skills. You need a polite, helpful, and professional manner, and you must be comfortable working independently in a sales environment, while also being a strong team player. We will provide full product and technical training, but you should be able to think outside the box and spot new opportunities daily. You must have excellent communication skills, reliability, and trustworthiness, with a strong drive for achievement.
