Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses mainly on sales prospecting and client acquisition — finding new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping the company achieve its growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research, referrals, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress.
• Present company products and services effectively to potential clients
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions to meet their requirements
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate as in-house talent for photoshoots, videos, and promotional content on social media.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of working experience in sales, business development, or related roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in Creative / Accounting services is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
