Job Summary

Business Development Executive will generate new opportunities for Website development, E-Commerce, Graphic Designing, SEO, Social Media Marketing and other Digital marketing services including SMS, RCS Message, WhatsApp and Email business requirements. The role includes prospecting, understanding requirements, coordinating proposals and supporting sales closure.

Responsibilities

• Research businesses that may benefit from the company s services.
• Generate leads through approved calls, whatsapp, SMS, emails, professional networking and other channels.
• Understand the prospect s business goals and current challenges.
• Explain suitable services in simple business terms.
• Arrange discovery meetings and document client requirements.
• Coordinate pricing and proposals with the relevant team.
• Follow up consistently and handle initial objections.
• Maintain accurate pipeline stages and next actions in the CRM.
• Support negotiations and close deals within approved terms.
• Provide clear handover notes to the delivery team.
