Job Description:
We are looking for motivated candidates to support business development for our pharmaceutical CDMO (third-party manufacturing) business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify and approach potential pharma, nutraceutical, and export clients.
• Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, enquiries, and quotations.
• Liaise with internal teams for costing, technical requirements, and client onboarding.
• Maintain lead trackers and prepare weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/B.Pharm preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client coordination.
• Pharma sales or third-party manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
