Business Development Executive

What You'll Do

• Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with SNS creators and influencers in Japan, primarily on TikTok
• Plan and negotiate collaboration campaigns, and follow through on execution end-to-end
• Co-create content with creators and ensure output quality aligns with brand standards
• Measure campaign performance, deliver reports, and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with our headquarters team in China on brand, content, and go-to-market plans

Who We're Looking For

• New graduate or up to 1 year of work experience (second-career starters are also welcome)
• Business-level proficiency in either Chinese or English (used for daily communication with our headquarters team)
• Passionate about social media, with a sharp sense of trends and creator culture in Japan
• Proactive, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-cultural team
