About the Role

MZ Digital Studio is looking for an experienced, confident, and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in local market sales, client dealing, and business development. We are looking for someone who can confidently approach potential clients, build professional relationships, identify sales opportunities, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through local market visits, networking, and client outreach.
• Approach potential clients and build strong professional relationships.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and present suitable services.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
• Negotiate professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in local market sales.
• Strong client-dealing, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Confidence in approaching new customers and building business relationships.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales objectives.
• Educational preference: Candidates with an academic background in Mass Communication, Film and Television, Media Studies, or related fields will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in media production, photography, videography, advertising, or creative services will have an added advantage.
