Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development.
• Experience in client management, investor relations, and land acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative business ideas.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
